Yoga Classes
The world can be a stressful and chaotic place sometimes and yoga can give you the tools you need to feel more calm and grounded.
Yoga has been a massive catalyst for change in my life and I hope to share what I’ve learned with others to help improve mental health and physical wellbeing.
I offer a range of yoga classes in and around Glasgow. These include pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, hatha, flow, chair yoga and accessible yoga for those with additional support needs.
My classes cater to all levels and include lots of exploration and play, weaving mindfulness and self-compassion through the practice to encourage curiosity and kindness in a non-performative environment.
Doula Support
Becoming a mother can be a beautiful yet overwhelming experience. My role as your birth doula is to support you to feel empowered to make the choices that are right for you and to offer you continuous emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy, labour and birth.
In many other cultures around the world, new mothers are cared for by their communities so they can spend the postpartum period bonding with their babies, resting and recovering as they transition into motherhood.
As your postpartum doula, I will support you to feel nourished and held, enabling you to adapt and thrive through this incredible rite of passage.

Prenatal yoga sessions with Fiona were really enjoyable. I appreciated the combination of grounding techniques , breath work, gentle yoga, birth preparation, visualisation and relaxation. Good for body, mind & soul! It was also lovely to share a weekly check-in and get advice & tips for managing pregnancy symptoms.
